Rheochem Plc Contract Award

Rheochem today announces that the groups wholly owned subsidiary, Rheochem Pacific Ltd, has been awarded a 2 year contract with Mighty River Power in New Zealand. The contract is to supply drilling fluids and related engineering services to their geothermal field drilling campaign in New Zealand.
This contract follows on from the previously held contract with Mighty River Power and together with the recent contract renewal with Contact Energy clearly demonstrates Rheochem’s ability to generate repeat revenues from existing customers. Rheochem Pacific will continue to target oil and gas services opportunities in New Zealand as they arise.
The supply of drilling fluids and engineering services is expected to commence in October 2006.
