Medic Vision signs Cooperation Agreement to develop a Skills Training Centre and provide medical training simulators to the Medical Institute of XiZhang University, Tibet
14th December 2006 – Premier Bionics Limited’s wholly owned subsidiary, Medic Vision Pty Ltd (“Medic Vision”) today has signed a cooperation agreement to develop a state of the art medical skills training centre and supply medical and surgical training simulators to the Medical Institute of XiZhang University in Tibet. The approximate value of the agreement will be 3,000,000 RMB (AUD$500,000).
“Medic Vision is continuing to secure its position in China as a leader in the field of the facilitation and implementation of medical and surgical training. The project in Tibet further strengthens our position and follows on from the recently announced MOU with Southern University in Guangzhou which has a value of 5,000,000 RMB (AUD$830,000). We are currently negotiating a significant number of other projects in China and are confident that many of these will materialise during 2007”, commented Ross Horley, CEO of Medic Vision.
The XiZhang University was established in 1952 and is the leading Medical University in the region. The Medical Institute was established in 1972 and amalgamated with the University in 2004.
