Anyone else notice the steep rise today, up about 65%?

Taylor Wimpey has had a good run.  Eatonfield went throught the roof and has today come back down to earth.  Unfortunatley EFD neatly wiped out the profits I had made recently day trading TW. and RBS.  Such is life.

Is IERE the next one to get in to or is it already too late?

Something certainly seems to be up with builders and land companies at the moment.  It's almost as though somebody somewhere can actually see a light at the end of the tunnel.  I can't.
